RECIPE TIME - BULLY BEEF ON TOAST

                                             BULLY BEEF                (CORNED BEEF)          ON TOAST





Ingredients

1 can Bull Brand corned beef
1 large onion
1 large tomato
oil for frying

6  slices buttered toast

Method

Cut the corned beef 
into small cubes or
 pieces
Skin tomato and cut
 into small pieces
Peel onion and chop
 finely





Put oil in frying pan and heat it.  Fry chopped onion until transluscent. Add chopped tomato and fry till completely soft. 


Add corned beef and stir the mixture well - simmer for a few minutes.

Serve on buttered toast.
