HAVE YOU CONSIDERED THE AWESOMENESS OF OUR ALMIGHTY GOD ? PART ELEVEN

THE DEITY OF THE        HOLY SPIRIT

Both the Old Testament and the New Testament depict the Holy Spirit as a Divine Person, equal to
Father God and Son Jesus Christ.

Thus the Holy Spirit is one of the three Personalities of the Trinity. The Deity of the Holy Spirit can be inferred from the act of creation.

"God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the  face of the  waters."
Genesis 1:1-2

The second verse implies that the Holy Spirit, as the Spirit of God, hovered above a dark, formless, empty earth and participated in its creation.

Words like Omnicient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Eternal, that are used to describe the attributes of God are applied to the Holy Spirit as well.

"How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself to God without spot, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God."
Heb: 9:14

"But Peter said, 'Ananias, why hast Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Ghost and to keep back part of the price of the land. Thou has not lied to men but to God.' "
Acts 5: 3-4

Here Peter is saying that the Holy Spirit is God.

"What, know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, which you have of God and you are not your own? For you are bought with a price : therefore glorify  God in your body, and in your spirit which are God's. "
1st Cor: 6:19-20

" For you are the temple       of the Living God; as           God hath said I will              dwell in them and walk
in them and I will be            their God and they shall     be my   people."
    2nd Cor:  6:16

"Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by Whom you were sealed to the day of redemption."
Eph: 4: -30

"Guard through the Holy Spirit Who dwells in us, the treasure which has been entrusted to you."
2nd Timothy 1:14

"For no prophecy was ever made by act of human will, but men, moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God."
2nd Peter  1:21

"...........through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven, things in which angels long to look."
1st Peter  1:12

"For there are Three Who bear witness in heaven : The Father, the Word (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit and these Three are One."
1st John 5: 6-7

TWENTY SIXTEEN - PART SIXTEEN - LIVING WITH BPD PART THREE

LIVING WITH BPD PART THREE

Hi Folks -  On the day
  I   moved out of
  Middleburg, I   first
had to go to court.  I
  had   made a case
  against my
  estranged husband
for maintenance, and because of   the unexpected move to  Johannesburg,  I had had to bring the case forward so that I would not have to return to Middleburg at a later date.

I would like to mention here that the magistrate in this case awarded me a paltry sum for the three boys but said as my daughter was a baby she did not need maintenance. He told me I could reapply to the court once she was three years old, (take note this was in the "apartheid" days). This was a suposedly educated man. How stupid can you be?

In the nine days since leaving the hospital, there had been no time for bonding with my baby and she had been taken care of by various neighbours as I struggled to cope with my situation. I didn't know the people who took care of her , much less about how they did it.

Then once in Johannesburg I had to earn a living and so had, through social welfare put her  into  foster care and only had her with me on week-ends. This situation only lasted a short while  and then I managed to get a flat, but again had to rely on the mercy of other people to take care of her, which carried its own set of problems.

On the 8th January 1965, my estranged husband and his fourteen year old pregnant "fiance" committed suicide together.  Since being abandoned I had only received maintenance once and that had been in November 1964.

The years rolled on and life was certainly "no bed of roses."  When Ruth reached her teens she started showing signs of BPD, (I only see this now in hindsight) at the time  BPD was unheard of, or maybe it went by another name.

I would come home from work, tired and exhausted and she would be sleeping.  I would try to wake her so that she could help me prepare the evening meal and we could spend some time together, but it was impossible. Once the food was prepared she would eat and then go back to sleep.

I do not recall how long          these episodes lasted, or          for how long they                    continued. I do know that        I was at my wits end and          didn't know how to handle      it.

She also went into dark moods,  and would clam up when I asked her what the problem was.  I begged and pleaded with her to talk to me telling her that I could not help her if I didn't know what the problem was, all to no avail.

Many other things happened over the years, but as she was no longer living with me I cannot go into detail as to what had actually  happened or what led up to it.

I was very present though at the suicide attempt in the early 2000's and some other very harrowing happenings which I choose not to go into at this stage and which I feel will serve no purpose to this account, but would certainly think that it all had to do with BPD.

I am merely outlining the effects of BPD. One other thing which I do recall  though, was that when she was living in a semi-detached house in Brixton that she would withdraw from life for days at a time and she refused to have contact with anyone. She would put a notice on her front door with instructions that she was not available.

She was only diagnosed to be suffering from BPD in 1993, and fortunately there is treatment for this illness. It can be kept under control with certain medications, and certain lifestyle changes, but even then, at times it can still show its ugly head.

She is now under good psychiatric care  and as we were both living in different provinces I had only been involved on a few occasions when there was a crisis, but was never involved in her treatment,  and I was under the  false impression that all was well.

TWO JOKES

                                          Mushrooms

A lady went gathering    mushrooms in the veld.  She gathered  so many,  that she decided to have  a  dinner party.

A little worried that she may have picked a poison one or two,  she prepared the mushrooms and then gave the empty pot  to the dog to lick clean, in the hope that if there was a problem the dog would get sick before her guests arrived. Thus alerting her to any danger.

She then instructed the gardener to notify her immediately if something happened to the dog.

Everything went smoothly but just after the guests had enjoyed the dinner, the gardener came running,  shouting "madam, madam, Rover is dead."

Pandemonium reigned and everyone rushed off to the hospital for stomach pumps. Then when all the fuss was over, the lady questioned the gardener, as to what the dog had looked like.

"Oh, madam"  he said, "that big truck 'sommer' squashed him flat."

Too many sweets

An elderly man sat next to a little boy on the bus. The little boy had a large packet of sweets on his lap and didn't stop eating.

The man said, "son did you know that eating too many sweets is not good for you?"

"My grandfather lived to be a hundred,"   the boy answered.

"Was that because he ate a lot of sweets?"  asked the gentleman.

"No! It was because he minded his own business,"  was the answer.

MY FAVORITE PSALMS - PART FIFTEEN

The Mighty One, God,  has spoken
and summoned the  earth from the rising of  the sun to its setting.

Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty
 God has shone forth.

May our God come, and not keep silence
Fire devours before Him
and it is very tempestuous around Him
He summons the heaven above
and the earth to judge His people
Gather my Godly ones to me,
Those who have made a covenant
to me by sacrifice
and the heavens declare His righteousness
For God Himself is judge.

Offer to God thanksgiving, and pay
your vows to the Most High
Call upon Me in the day of trouble
I will deliver you and you shall
Glorify Me
Whoever offers praises, glorifies Me
and to him who orders his conduct
aright I will show the salvation of God.

Have mercy upon me, O God,
According to Your righteousness
According to the multitude of Your
tender mercies.
Blot out my transgressions
Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity
and cleanse me from my sin
For I acknowledge my transgressions
and my sin is always before me.

Against You,  You only, have I sinned
and done this evil in Your sight
that You may be found just
when You speak
and blameless when You judge

Behold I was brought forth       in iniquity
and in sin my mother               conceived me
   Behold, You desire truth
  in the hidden part,
You will make me to know
   wisdom.

Purge me with hyssop and I shall be clean
Wash me and I shall be whiter than snow
Make me hear joy and gladness
that the bones You have broken may rejoice
Hide your face from my sins
and blot out my iniquities.

Create in Me a clean heart, O Lord,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me
Do not cast me away from Your presence
and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.

Restore to me, the joy of Your salvation
and uphold me by Your generous Spirit
Then I will teach transgressors Your ways
and sinners shall be converted to You.

Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed
O God, the God of my salvation
and my tongue shall sing aloud
of Your righteousness
O Lord, open my lips and my mouth
shall show forth Thy praise
for You do not desire sacrifice
or else I would give it
You do not delight in burnt offering
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit
A broken and a contrite heart - these
O Lord, You will not despise.

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED THE AWESOMENESS OF OUR ALMIGHTY GOD - PART TEN

THE DEITY OF JESUS CHRIST.

Today we are going to         talk about Jesus Christ       the second person of           the Godhead.

As eternal God Jesus         existed before He came  to earth as a human baby.   He existed before the creation of the earth. In fact Jesus was instrumental in its creation.

The Bible says:

"all things were created by Him and that nothing was made  without Him."
John 1:1-3,  Col: 1:16-17,  Heb: 1:2.

"In the beginning  was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.   All things were made by Him; and  without Him was not anything made that was made."
John 1: 1-3

" For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones or dominions, or principalities, or powers; all things were created by Him and for Him.

And He is before all things and by Him all things consist."
Col:  1: 16-17

"Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by Whom also he made the worlds."
Heb: 1:2

"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation."
Col:  1:15

"And without controversy, great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest  in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels,  preached unto the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, received up into glory."
1st Tim:

"And they all said,                'Are you the son of               God then?'  and He             said to them 'Yes,  I             am.'  "
    Luke 22:70

"While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold a voice from out of the cloud said, 'This is My beloved Son, with Whom I am well pleased, listen to Him.' "
Matthew 17:5

"I and the Father are One."
John 10:30

"he who sees Me, sees the One Who sent Me."
John 12:45

"If I do not do the works of my Father, do not believe Me. But if I do them, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, so that you may know and understand that the Father is in Me, and I in the Father."
John 10: 37-38

"If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on, you have known Him and seen Him, " Phillip said to Him,  "Lord show us the Father, and it is enough for us."
Jesus said to him,  "Have I been so long with you, and yet you have not come to know me Phillip?  He who has seen me has seen the Father, how can you say, 'Show us the Father?' "
John 14:7-10

"This is why the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life, so that I might take it back again. No one takes it away from Me but I lay it down of My Own free will. I have the authority to lay it down, and I have the authority to take it back again. This commandment I received from My Father."
John 10: 17-18

"For God so loved the world that He gave His Only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
John 3:16

Do you not think that we owe our alliegience to this Almighty God Who willingly laid down His life to set us free from sin. If a human being saved your human life you would feel indebted to him, more especially if he died in the process.  How much more should you feel indebted to Jesus Christ (Almighty God) Who laid down His Own life to save your  soul Eternally.

"And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high."
Heb:  1:3

"And on His robe and on His thigh, He has a Name written, King of Kings and Lord of Lords."
Rev : 19:16

TWENTY SIXTEEN - PART FIFTEEN - LIVING WITH BPD - part two

HELLO FOLKS - This is part two of Living with BPD

With each of my                        pregnancies I suffered              with "morning sickness"
for the first three months .        After the first three months      had passed I was perfectly        healthy, for the duration of      the pregnancy.

The "Morning sickness"  I suffered from didn't live up to its name, as by rights it should have been called  "24/7  sickness"   because it was twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

I was nauseous all the time and the only food I could stomach was slices of bread with a thin layer of cheese, dried out in the oven until it had no moisture left in it. It had in fact, become a rusk with a thin covering of brittle cheese. The only liquid I could keep down was water or black tea.

I was still in this phase of my pregnancy when, my late husband (who was a funeral undertaker at this stage) was transferred to Middleburg, Transvaal. We went from a three bedroomed house with a garden to a two bedroomed flat situated on the floor above the funeral parlour.  We already had three children and were now expecting the fourth, and we had less space.

By the end of March 1964, my forty year old husband had abandoned his family and  was cavorting with teenage girls (at that stage I didn't know the word "paedophile"  )

The nightmare had begun  and I was six months pregnant.  The first three months was the usual  nausea,  then  three months I was  nausea free, the last three months  I was unable to eat because of the stress. Two thirds of this pregnancy was a starvation diet.  It was so bad that I was losing weight at an alarming rate instead of gaining it.

In order to survive financially, I was sitting in front of my knitting machine, day in and day out and then sending my eldest son who was thirteen years old,  out on the streets to sell the jerseys I had made.

Fortunately, people who           knew of our predicament,       even strangers, often               dropped off groceries at            my door and sometimes a        stranger would even give        my children money to              give to me.

This made me very aware that God was looking after us. There were many more incidents where He showed His mighty power, but that is not for this blog.

Two weeks before the birth of my daughter, on the 14th May 1964 , my beloved father died suddenly due to a heart aneurism.  This involved a trip to Johannesburg for the funeral. Up until this time my family were completely unaware of my plight.

I believe that this child in my womb went through as much of that trauma as I did, and I am convinced that it had a devastating effect on her well-being.

Added to this, my husband had been "fired" from his job, a few weeks prior to her birth and so the day I came home from the hospital I received notice to vacate the flat. I had given birth on the 14th spent seven days in hospital  and on the 21st I  was given nine days in which to do a major move with nowhere to go.

"The cherry on the top" of all this was that the "messenger of the court" appeared on my doorstep with a warrant and wrote up everything in the flat and instructed me not to "remove one teaspoon" This was due to money owed by my husband to his ex boss, the owner of the flat.

How I coped with all of this is another story, I am merely giving you an outline of the kind of world this  innocent little girl had been  catapulted into.

MY FAVORITE PSALMS - PART FOURTEEN

O clap your hands, all     you people
shout to God with a         voice of joy
For the Lord Most           High is to be feared
a great King over all       the earth

He subdues people under us
and nations under our feet
He chooses our inheritance for us
The glory of Jacob whom he loves.

God has ascended with a shout
The Lord with the sound of a trumpet
Sing praises to God, sing praises
Sing praises to our King, sing praises
For God is King over all the earth
Sing praises with a skillful psalm
God reigns over the nations
God sits on His holy throne
the princes of the people  have
assembled themselves as the people
of the God of Abraham
For the shields of the earth belong to God
He is highly exalted.

Great is the Lord, and               greatly to be praised
In the city of our God.
  In the mountain of
  His Holiness
  Beautiful in elevation, the
  joy of the whole earth
is mount Zion, in the far           north
The city of the great King
God in her palaces has made Himself known
as  stronghold.

For lo, the kings assembled themselves
They passed by together
They saw it, then they were amazed
They were terrified, then they fled in alarm
Panic seized them there
anguish as a woman in childbirth
With the east wind Thou dost break the
ships of Tarshish
As we have heard, so we have seen
in the city of the Lord of hosts,
in the city of our God
God will establish her forever, Selah

We have thought of all Thy lovingkindness
O God, in the midst of Thy temple
As is Thy Name, O God, so is
Thy praises to the ends of the earth
Thy right hand is full of righteousness
Let Mount Zion be glad
Let the daughters of Judah rejoice
because of Thy judgments
Walk about Zion, and go around
her, count her towers.
Consider her ramparts, go through her palaces
That you may tell it to the next generation
For such is God, our God, forever and ever
He will guide us until death.

Hello Folks

The Trinity is  a bit of a   mystery.

"The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and our children forever."

What we do know is that   the Trinity comprises of  three Persons Who are One  in essence.

There is God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit.

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."
Matthew 28:19

"The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen."
2nd Cor: 13:14

"I and my Father are One"
John 10:30

"But to us there is but One God , the Father, of whom are all things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by Whom are all things and we by Him."
1st Cor: 8:6

"And Jesus, when He was baptized, went up straightway out of the water; and lo, the heavens were opened unto Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and descending upon Him."
Matt: 3: 16-17

"But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, Whom the Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."
John 14:26

"In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
John 1:1

"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth."
John 1 :14

"For there are three that    bear record in heaven,      the Father, the Word          and the Holy Ghost:          and these three are            One."
                                         1st John 5:7-8

"For in Him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily."
Colossians  2:9

" and  God said, 'Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.' "
Gen: 1:26

"And the Lord God said, ' Behold, the man is become as One of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat and live forever.'  "
Gen: 3:24

"Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace be unto you and peace be multiplied.
1st Peter 1:2

TWENTY SIXTEEN - PART FOURTEEN - Living with Bi Polar

LIVING WITH BI POLAR DISORDER - PART ONE  hello Folks,  This may seem like I have gone off the beaten track, but I haven't.  It is all part of my story.

22nd March 2016  I                  have been awake for                quite a few hours now.              First my mind was very            active when I awoke in            the early hours. I lay in            the dark pondering the              events of the previous day.

I    felt so helpless, emotionally bruised and negative. I prayed and asked God to lead and guide me.

Then  I decided, (I believe God led me to do this)  to go onto "google"  and get more information on BPD , because that was where my new problem lay.

I took some screen shots of some articles written by Jeanne Segal  Ph.d and also read the sample of her book  "Feeling  Loved."  I would have loved to buy the book but at this stage it is out of my reach.

The insight I gained in the past few hours has given me renewed hope. I have been given a better understanding of the problem (BPD) and know that with God's help I can go on.

Once again, "I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me."
Phillipians  4:13

It is now Good Friday, March 25th 2016, this is the 4th day of my new struggle.

First of all -  what is Bi Polar Disorder?
BPD is another name for "manic depression"

Apparently when someone suffers from this condition, they have extreme mood swings. They have "manic" episodes and they have "depressive"  episodes.

During a "manic"  episode, they may impulsively give important goods away, quit their job,  charge up huge amounts on credit cards, and can feel rested after only two hours of sleep.

During a "depressive" episode, this same person may feel too tired to get out of bed, be filled with self-loathing or hopelessness over being unemployed and unable to support themselves.

Also they may act like robots , their speech is sometimes slurred and they look as if they will collapse at any moment.  They can also become very aggressive  and say nasty, cruel things to their nearest and dearest.

The causes are not yet completely understood, but often appears to be hereditary. The first episode usually occurs in the teens or early adulthood.

In my case I think I can trace it way back to my pregnancy - I fell pregnant with Ruth in September 1963, at this time, unbeknown to me I was about to go through one of the worst episodes of my life.

I had never had an easy life. I wasn't born with the proverbial "silver spoon in my mouth," but this was so devastating that everything else that had happened to me in the  past paled into insignificance.

MY FAVORITE PSALMS - PART THIRTEEN

How precious is Thy        lovingkindness, O God
And the children of        men take refuge in the    shadow of Thy wings.

They drink their fill in                                             the abundance of Thy house
and Thou dost give them to drink
of the river of Thy delights
For with Thee is the fountain of life
In Thee we see light
O continue Thy lovingkindness to those
who know Thee and Thy righteousness
 to the upright in heart
.
Fret not yourself because of evildoers
be not envious towards wrongdoers
For they will wither quickly like the grass
and fade like the green herb.

Trust in the Lord and do good
dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness
Delight yourself in the Lord
and He will give you the desires of your heart
Commit your way to the Lord
trust also in Him and He will do it.
and He will bring forth your righteousness
as the light
and your judgments as the noon day.

Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently
 for Him
The steps of a man are established
by the Lord,
and he delights in his way when he falls
he shall not be hurled headlong because
the Lord is the One Who holds his hand.
I have been young and now I am old
Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken
nor his descendants begging bread.

The salvation of the righteous is from the Lord
He is their strength in the time of trouble
and the Lord helps them, and delivers them.
because they take refuge in Him.

I waited patiently for the Lord
and He inclined to me and heard my cry
He brought me up out of the pit of
destruction, out of the miry clay
and He set my feet upon rock, making
my footsteps firm.
And He put a new song into my mouth
a song of praise to our God.
Many will see and will fear, and will
trust in the Lord.

How blessed is the man who
has made the Lord his trust
and has not turned to the proud
nor to those who lapse into falsehood
Many, O Lord, my God, are Thy wonders
which Thou hast done
and Thy thoughts toward us,
there is none to compare with Thee
If I would declare and speak of them
they would be too numerous to count.

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED THE AWSOMENESS OF OUR ALMIGHTY GOD - GOD IS THE CREATOR - PART NINE

Did you know that as  God is the Creator of  the universe, He is the One Who makes the            rules for His creation.

He has given us free will and we as His  creation get to choose whether we want to obey or reject His rules. But as with all the choices we make in life, it carries consequences.  It is as simple as that.

"Does the pot argue with its maker, does the clay dispute with the one who forms it, saying 'Stop! You are doing it wrong!' or does the pot exclaim 'how clumsy can you be?' Jehovah, the holy one of Israel, Israel's creator says, 'what right have you to question what I do? Who are you to command Me concerning the works of My hands?  I have made the earth and created man upon it. With My hands I have stretched out the heavens and commanded the vast myriads of stars. I have raised up Cyrus and I will direct his paths' "
Isaiah 45: 7, 9, 11, 13.

"Hast thou not known, hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth fainteth not, neither is weary?  there is no searching of his understanding. "
Isaiah 40:28

God is the Creator and King, He created all things with His awesome power and rules over His creation.

Read Genesis chapters one and two for the story of the creation. "In the beginning God Created heavens and the earth."

"For by Him were all  things created, that are in heaven and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers. All things were created by Him and for Him."
Colossians  1:16

What this means for us :  God is in control, He calls us to yield control to Him. He understands how life works because He created everything; therefore we can trust Him even when we do not understand. No mortal king nor earthly aspiration should take the place of  our love for Him, to whom we owe all of our loyalty. He laid down His life to set us free from the curse of sin and death. Surely this One act alone should give Him all of our allegiance. How can we ever repay Him? We owe Him everything.

"For My hand made all these things, thus all these things came into being,"  declares the Lord, "but to this one I will look, to him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at My Word."

"You alone are the Lord You have made the heavens, The heaven of heavens, with all their host . The earth and  all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them, You give life to all of them and the heavenly host bows down before You."
Nehemiah 9:6

"Worthy are You, our            Lord and our God,
to receive glory  and          honor and power,              for You created all              things, and because of     Your will they existed         and were created."
  Revelation 4:11

"For thus says the Lord, who created the heavens (He is the God  Who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it a waste place, but formed it to be inhabited), 'I am the Lord, and there is none else.
Isaiah 45:18

"When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained; what is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him? Yet  You have made him a little lower than the angels, and You crown him with glory and majesty. You have made him to rule over the works of Your hands, You put all things under his feet, all sheep and oxen and the beasts of the field the birds of the air and the fish in the sea and all things that pass through the paths of the sea."
Psalm 8:3-8

"Thus says the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread out the earth and its offspring, Who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it."
Isaiah  42:5

"Know that the Lord Himself is God, it is He Who has made us and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture."
Psalm 100:3

"All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being."
John 1:3

"In these last days has spoken to us in his Son, Whom He appointed  heir of all things, through Whom also He made the world."
Hebrews  1:2

"The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life."
Job 33:4
