RECIPE TIME - GREEN BEANS, POTATO AND ONION

                                                GREEN BEANS,           POTATO AND               ONION
                                                               SIDE DISH



INGREDIENTS

2 LARGE HANDFULS GREEN BEANS
(TOPPED AND TAILED)
1 FAIRLY LARGE POTATO
1 MEDIUM ONION
butter
salt and pepper







METHOD






Peel and cut up potato 
and place in a steamer, 
add chopped onion,






       and lastly the green        beans cut into small        pieces. 




Steam for 15 minutes, or until potato is tender,   add butter and mash the potato.  Season with salt and pepper.


serve as a vegetable or as a side dish.
