RECIPE TIME - BOILED EGG, MAYONNAISE + SWEET CHILLI SAUCE SANDWHICHES

                                             YUMMY                        SANDWHICHES

         BOILED EGG,                            MAYONNAISE AND                SWEET CHILLI SAUCE


Ingredients;

one loaf  sliced bread (usually 18 slices)
Buttro 
9 eggs  (hardboiled)
3 heaped tbls Mayonnaise
Wellingtons Sweet Chilli Sauce

 Method:  place eggs in a saucepan  cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Boil  for 7 minutes.  (Do not put lid on saucepan).

Remove eggs  from boiling water and place in a bowl of cold water and allow to cool.  Remove shells from eggs using a teaspoon. 
                       
                                           Grate eggs into a larger            bowl. Add 3 heaped                  tablespoons                              mayonnaise and gently  mix                well.  Set  aside .



Spread 18 slices of bread with buttro





                                         
 
place approximately one
tablespoon egg mixture on  every alternate slice of bread


Dot egg mixture with Wellingtons sweet chilli 
sauce and close your 
sandwhiches.  Enjoy
